Charity funds Arizona dog's expensive surgery

Non-profit dog shelters sometimes have a hard time keeping up with mounting medical bills. When the bill finally was too high for one dog, a local shelter asked for help and got it in a big way. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.
