Man accused of killing teen on Xmas may be unfit for trial

18-year-old Tyler Cardiel was shot and killed while walking home from work Christmas morning. The man who police say murdered Cardiel, also shot himself in the head but survived. Now a brain injury is impacting his competency to stand trial, according to his defense.
