Annular solar eclipse casts shadow across US, globe

On Saturday, October 14th, satellite imagery documented the annular solar eclipse's shadow as it traveled from North America to South America. According to NASA, the eclipse commenced in Oregon at 9:13 am PDT and was projected to conclude in Texas at 12:03 pm CDT. It was anticipated that the eclipse would subsequently be observable from Mexico and Central America, encompassing Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.
