5th suspect charged in fatal drug-related shooting in Phoenix
A fifth suspect has been charged in connection to the drug-related shooting death of a Phoenix man.
30-year-old Bryan Blackburn has been charged of murder and armed robbery with a deadly weapon in the death of 19-year-old Nicholas Decola.
20-year-old Jordan Huggins had previously been booked on charges of first degree murder and robbery.
Court paperwork shows Huggins plotted with at least three other men, Jacob Kaplan, Eric Sparks and Adan Martinez, to rob and kill the teenager.
Authorities believe Blackburn was also part of that plan.
Police say the teen was trying to sell the suspects meth when Sparks tased him and Kaplan shot him in the head.
