Classmate of Tucson terror suspect speaks out

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Authorities have released new information on a Tucson man accused of terror-related charges.

Now a classmate of Mahin Khan is speaking out.

Khan was arrested by the FBI and the AZ Attorney General's Office on Friday in Tucson. He's been booked into a Maricopa County Jail on two counts of conspiracy to commit terrorism and terrorism.

Investigators say Khan conspired to commit attacks on government buildings in Phoenix and Tucson.
