Soul Sale: valley man seeks funding for grad school

We all know that college comes with a big price tag, but a valley man is going to great lengths to pay for graduate school.

He posted an ad on eBay and he's had a few bids, what's he selling? His soul.

"I originally through about selling my soul to the devil, I thought eBay might pay better," said Taylor Kerby.

It's a pretty good deal for a good cause.

"I really want to go to graduate school; I want to go to graduate school so badly I'm selling my soul," said Kerby.

Kerby graduated from Arizona State University and has been accepted to Claremont Graduate University in California.

"Even with my partial fellowship, the tuition is roughly the cost of my soul," he said.

So if you're in the market for a soul, he's selling his to the highest bidder.

"Guaranteed to be at least the second best soul you own," said Kerby.

So what exactly do you get?

"The soul I'm selling is a very good one, for the most part, it's been very honest, as you can see it's still very bright," said Kerby.

"It's a great conversation piece for your next cocktail party or employee function," he said.

The soul is easy to take care of, but that's not all you get.

"After purchasing my soul for a hefty sum you are guaranteed the good karma produced by your generosity," said Kerby.

If you don't want to miss out, you can "Buy it Now" for $25,000.

"If I were you I would jump on that, I mean it's a human soul," he said.

His only request for the highest bidder?

"I'm hoping my soul can find a good home, and hopefully someone will take good care of my soul," said Kerby.
