911, phone lines, internet were down 100,000 Arizonans: Man died, little girl suffered freak accident

For those living in St. Johns, Eager, Springerville, Pinetop, Lakeside and Concho, they had a brief communications outage impacting the 911 service, and authorities say a man died because of this and a little girl couldn't get medical treatment for a freak accident for hours.
