Man accused of killing 3 year old attacked by boy's father in court
Video from the courtroom shows the dad getting up out of his seat before charging the defense table and punching the suspect right in the face. Security guards quickly moved in, but the dad was able to get in several more blows before being tackled. The suspect is accused of killing his girlfriend and her 3-year-old son. The dad was found in contempt of court and was sentenced to spend seven days in jail.
