Homeless council aims to help create affordable housing in Arizona

As Arizona continues to deal with a homeless crisis that does not appear to be getting better, members of the re-formed Interagency and Community Council on Homelessness and Housing met again in Phoenix to address the problem of homelessness. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett reports.
