Investigation begins into Titan submersible deaths
The U.S. Coast Guard will launch a marine board investigation into the Titan submersible implosion off of St. John's, Newfoundland. It'll begin to piece together what caused the deaths of the five people on board who perished on the journey to see the Titanic wreckage. During the marine board investigation, the coast guard will work to figure out the cause of the casualties. Investigators will also determine if there is evidence that a crime has been committed so it can be flagged for potential prosecution.
