Phoenix police: 15-year-old hit by car that ran red light

Police say a 15-year-old teen has been hospitalized with very serious injuries after he was hit by a car that ran a red light in south Phoenix. According to the Phoenix Police Department, the teen was crossing a marked crosswalk near 39th Avenue and Baseline Road when he was hit by a vehicle that ran a red light.
