Rosie McCaffrey's keeps St. Patrick's Day party going with Irish Fare to Go packages

It was just a year ago that bars and restaurants closed due to COVID-19. Many have reopened, but aren't back to normal and that includes Rosie McCaffrey's famous St. Patrick's Day Celebration. Instead of a traditional parking lot party this year, they're hoping you'll get one of their 'Irish Fare to Go' packages.
