Dozens of cases of Einstein Bros. Bagels Honey Almond Cream Cheese Spread have been recalled due to undeclared almonds that pose a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction to consumers allergic to almonds.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says Schreiber Foods, Inc of Green Bay, Wis. is voluntarily recalling 144 cases of the cream cheese spread. The FDA says the cases were distributed to stores in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming through Einstein Bros. Bagel locations. The FDA says no illnesses have been reported to date.
