Jury deliberations underway for man accused of killed half-brother and nephew
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Jury deliberations are underway for a man accused of killing his half-brother and nephew.
Prosecutors say Christopher Licon killed Angel Jaquez over a drug dispute in 2010.
Licon then killed Jaquez's 6-year-old son, Xavier, because he witnessed the dispute.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty, but Licon is pursuing an insanity defense and hopes to be sentenced to a mental hospital.
