Man suffers life threatening injuries in Phoenix shooting

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Phoenix Police officials say an adult male is in extremely critical condition, following a shooting Thursday evening.

According to police, the incident happened at 16th Avenue and Roosevelt. Mercedes Fortune with Phoenix Police said officers were called out to an apartment complex in the area, at around 7:10 p.m., for reports of a shooting. Witnesses say they saw the suspect involved in an argument with the victim, and during the argument, the victim was shot.

Police are reportedly working to confirm the identification of the suspect.
