Phoenix police searching for suspects in deadly shooting at gas station

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Police say a shooting at a Phoenix gas station has left a man dead.

Phoenix police say surveillance video at a gas station near 35th Avenue and Osborn shows the man being shot. Phoenix Police officers responded to the scene at around 3:00 a.m. Thursday.

Police say the video shows several people getting out of two vehicles confronting the teen before shots were fired.

The man, since identified by Phoenix Police as 23-year-old Jose Manuel Gonzalez, was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspects' cars were described as a black four-door sedan, and a red-four door sedans. The suspects are described by police as "several Hispanic males", ranging from teenagers to men in their mid-20s.

Phoenix police say this shooting is not related to another nearby shooting at the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant.
