A judge has ruled that Kay Woodcock, J.J. Vallow's grandmother, can be in the courtroom for Lori Vallow's trial. Lori's sister, Summer Shiflet, will also be allowed inside to represent Lori's daughter, Tylee Ryan. Lori Vallow is accused of murdering both of her children.

Opening arguments are slated to begin on Monday, April 10 after days of jury selections ? a very thorough process as the court drilled potential jurors with specific questions on circumstantial evidence, religious beliefs and graphic evidence.

After three days of jury selection, the court is close to the number of potential jurors it wants. There are 39 potential jurors and three more are needed by the court. The Lori Vallow trial began on April 3 for the so-called doomsday mom who left Arizona for Idaho, and she's accused of killing her two kids.

As the trial of Lori Vallow charged in three killings in what prosecutors say was a doomsday-focused plot began Monday, attorneys asked potential jurors if they would have trouble being impartial after viewing autopsy photos of children.
