AZ bill aims to move early voting deadline

The bill, which passed an Arizona State Senate committee on Thursday, would be voted on by voters if the State Legislature as a whole approves it. FOX 10's Lauren Clark has more.

Feds move to reclassify marijuana

On Thursday, the U.S. Justice Department formally moved to reclassify marijuana as a less dangerous drug. While the proposed rule recognizes medical uses of cannabis and states it has less potential for abuse than other dangerous drugs, the move does not legalize marijuana for recreational use in states where it is still outlawed.

Dow hits 40,000 for first time

The Dow Jones Industrial Average crossed 40,000 for the first time ever Thursday as investors celebrated solid earnings and a slight easing of consumer inflation last month.
