Driver accused of lying to police after driving into Chandler lake

The incident, according to Chandler Police officials, happened at a lake near Dobson and Ray Roads. The woman, identified as 22-year-old Dakota Delsey, initially told officers she was a passenger on a car that went into the lake, but police say she made up the story.
