A new report from WalletHub says Scottsdale is the 10th happiest city in the U.S. Criteria for the report include job satisfaction, what there is to do in the city, and depression rates. Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Peoria all ranked in the top 50, while Phoenix finished 87th. The top three cities were Fremont, California, Overland Park, Kansas and San Jose.
