Former officer reviews deadly Tempe shooting footage

Andy Anderson, former Phoenix Police Assistant Chief, has reviewed a lot of police shootings in his life. The former officer reviewed the video of a deadly shooting which starts with DPS troopers boxing in the driver with their SUVs on Loop 101 on May 5. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen has this story.
