4-year-old in critical condition after near-drowning

A 4-year-old child was rushed to the hospital after nearly drowning at a home near Central and Baseline Roads Sunday night.

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - A 4-year-old child was rushed to the hospital after nearly drowning at a home near Central and Baseline Roads Sunday night.

Firefighters say the toddler was in extremely critical condition at the hospital.

This was the second near-drowning in the Valley over the weekend after a 9-month-old was hospitalized Saturday after being found unresponsive in a bathtub.
