The 911 call of an Uber driver who said she was sexually assaulted by a passenger has been released.
The suspect, Danny Hale, Jr., has been accused of touching the driver inappropriately, during a ride from Gilbert to Scottsdale last Sunday morning. Investigators sid the 35-year-old sat in the front seat, and touched the driver several times before she pulled off the freeway, forced him out of the car, and called police.
Hale was arrested and is behind bars on $10,000 bond. Police say Hale was intoxicated at the time of his arrest.
