Man arrested on voyeurism charges in Phoenix

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Police say a man has been arrested after he committed four acts of voyeurism at three different locations in Phoenix.

Phoenix police say 30-year-old Vincent Rios was arrested after he committed the acts of voyeurism towards three different victims between July 9 and July 18.

Rios was arrested on August 9 and booked into jail on charges of voyeurism and possession of dangerous drugs.

Police say Rios committed the acts of voyeurism at near three different locations:
