Mesa City Council meets for first time since Mesa police's use of force controversies

MESA, Ariz. (KSAZ) - It's been several weeks since a pair of violent arrests, at the hands of Mesa Police officers, made headlines.

Both incidents led Mesa Police to order a full investigation into their 'use of force' policies, and on Monday night, the Mesa's city council met for the first time since these incidents came to light.
