Sentencing was postponed for former Arizona prisons chief Charles Ryan on his no-contest plea to a disorderly conduct charge stemming from a 2022 armed standoff at his Tempe home. Ryan made a deal with prosecutors back in November which allowed him to avoid spending time in the prisons he used to be in charge of.
