Police search for missing children allegedly taken by noncustodial father

Mesa Police are asking for you to be on the lookout for four children taken by their father who doesn't have custody of them. The children, ranging in age from 8 to 10 were taken by Devon M. Washington during a supervised visit on Feb. 5.
