Josten Bundy was in court for fighting with his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend when the judge handed down the bizarre sentence.
Bundy explained to KLTV that he got in a fight with Elizabeth Jaynes' ex-boyfriend because he had been saying disrespectful things to her.
Court transcripts reveal that Judge Randall Rogers asked Bundy whether Jaynes was "worth it," and Bundy told Rogers that he probably would have done the same thing if he heard any man speak to a woman like that.
That's when the judge asked Bundy if he was married to Jaynes. He then ordered Bundy to marry his girlfriend within 30 days as part of his probation - or spend 15 days in jail.
