People living near site of planned storage location helping with the design process

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Real estate disputes can turn ugly, but one man has found a creative way to turn a dispute over a vacant building, into a friendly competition.

Some who live in a Phoenix neighborhood were against a plan to transform a vacant building into a storage location. These people, however, are now part of the design process.
