Walk for Hope at Phoenix Zoo

PHOENIX - Crowds turned out for the Walk for Hope at the Phoenix Zoo on Sunday.

The event kicked off at 8am on Sunday near Priest and Galvin Parkway. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the event is raising funds to help battle breast cancer.

Cancer survivors attending the event received special necklaces and bracelets honoring their battle against breast cancer. Free T-shirts and giveaways were included as part of the event. Fox 10 co-sponsored the event.
