31-mile Pinal County pursuit spike strips flatten tires of suspect, other drivers

When DPS threw out spike strips for a suspect they were in pursuit of on I-10, the suspect was stopped, but so were other drivers unrelated to the pursuit. A woman said it cost her $1,000 to replace two of her tires.
