Authorities identify victims in deadly Globe bar shooting

GLOBE, Ariz. (AP/KSAZ) -- Authorities have identified the victims in a deadly shooting at a bar in Globe.

According to officials, two of the victims, Cristi Licano and Daniel Albo, have died. The other three victims are identified as Ashley Sanchez, Charlene "Charlie" Peak, and Scott Mills. Sanchez is reportedly in critical condition, while Peak is reportedly in stable condition.

The shooting, according to the Globe Police Department, happened at around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday night at the Jammerz Bar on Broad Street. Investigators said at the time that a gunman walked in alone and began shooting.

Authorities say Sterling Randall Hunt, 22, was playing pool with a group at the bar late Sunday when a few of them went to a back patio. Hunt left but returned and began shooting.

Hunt was reportedly arrested on the San Carlos reservation on unrelated charges. Globe Police Chief Dale Walters said Tuesday that investigators have found no criminal history in the background of Hunt. Walters says Hunt will be charged with two counts of first-degree murder and other crimes.
