Light rail extension construction causing some delays, closures near downtown Phoenix

Expect delays and closures near downtown Phoenix if you're traveling on the Valley Metro light rail between Feb. 13-26 as construction continues.

PHOENIX - The light rail extension in Phoenix is causing some schedule changes and station closures.

Beginning Saturday, Feb. 13 until Feb. 26, trains will arrive at platforms every 30 minutes instead of 15.
