Many, but not all businesses closed up shop in Northern Arizona following big winter storm

PAYSON, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- The snow in the Arizona high country has literally brought many places to a standstill, with some businesses forced to close down due to the storm.

Some, however, chose to stay open, as one veterinarian in Payson said animals needed her, and no matter what, so she is keeping the doors open.
