Parents frustrated with legal system take to social media after baby was badly bruised

SHERWOOD, Oregon - A family in Oregon frustrated with the legal system, says they've turned to social media after finding their baby alone in his room, crying, with bruises, while the babysitter was sleeping on the couch.

Alicia Quinney told FOX 13 Oregon, "The first think I saw was Jacob's black eye... And I was like, oh my gosh, what happened? And he turned over and the whole side of his face was black and blue."

Two months after the incident, no arrests have been made.

Jacob's father, Joshua Marbury, told FOX 13, "I saw the evidence and what the doctors told me and showed me, of a handprint on his face... There's no denying what he did."

Marbury's Facebook post has been shared over 310,000 times.
