Glendale city leaders react to Arizona Coyotes' plan
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - The Arizona Coyotes announced plans to start construction on a new arena next year after the city of Glendale voted in 2015 to terminate the team's 15-year lease.
Now the team is moving forward to a new home near Arizona State University, with a facility for the team to share with the school.
Do Glendale city leaders have regrets?
The Coyotes and the city have had a rocky relationship, but the city says that is in the past. They would like the team to stay, but if the team does indeed leave, the city doesn't seem to be too concerned.
