There are more concerns in Flagstaff as a broken culvert could lead to some flooding in the next few days. The city says the Schultz Creek culvert is damaged and could cause run-off as temperatures warm up and all the snow melts. The creek runs beneath Highway 180. ADOT workers are trying to clear debris from the pipe and repairs were expected to be made on April 10.
