A group of local activists say they are upset at the way Jose Barco, a Venezuelan national came to the U.S. as a child, enlisted in the U.S. Army and received a Purple Heart, was treated. Barco, who has a criminal past, was deported on Nov. 14. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.

Vicente Catellanos Rodriguez, a 64-year-old construction worker, died after being hit by a car on the westbound Loop 101 on-ramp at 35th Avenue, DPS said.
