Phoenix woman celebrates 100th birthday in red dress she was gifted over 40 years ago

Happy 100th birthday to Phoenix woman Betty Brannon who turned 100 years old on Jan. 20. Her family had a party for her with all of her seven children there. That red dress she's wearing was given to her more than 45 years ago.
