A new airline is launching in the Western United States later this month. Avelo Airlines, the first new mainline airline in America in nearly 15 years, will serve 12 smaller airports, including Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Introductory fares will start at $19. Service in the Valley will begin on May 3.
