Glendale Police say seven masked men suspected of burglarizing a delivery truck have been arrested. The incident happened on March 14 near 95th and Glendale Avenues. Investigators say the suspects broke into the truck, stole merchandise and fled. The suspects were eventually arrested near 79th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix.

'Dinner-time burglary' suspect tied to 7 more thefts

Phoenix Police say 20-year-old Sue Ellen Gutierrez was involved in seven additional incidents earlier this year. Gutierrez will have additional charges added to her booking. Gutierrez was one of three suspects indicted last month in the so-called "dinner-time burglaries". All of the suspects are believed to be part of a large transnational South American criminal organization.
