Yavapai County Sheriffs offering reward for info on cold case double murder

Officials with the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office say they are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information on a double murder that happened in 1999. In April of that year, William Rodriguez of Mesa and Rebecca Rubalcava of Phoenix were shot and killed. Their bodies were found in a drainage ditch near Highway 93 between Wickenburg and Wikieup.
