Trump ordered to resume SNAP benefits

Two judges ordered the Trump administration to use emergency funds to pay for at least a portion of SNAP benefits. Even if the SNAP benefits are restored, there will be delays for recipients, meaning many will still be in need of assistance. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
