The outage was especially tough for the elderly living at Bennett House on Taylor Drive in Fairfax. 

In all, CalFire said that more than 90,000 structures remain threatened and 206 have been destroyed.

Although she has been through a lot in her life, this dayslong blackout since Saturday has been especially difficult. "It's been hard mentally," Phyllis Gould said. "I just broke down yesterday. I couldn't stop crying."

The fire erupted around 1:30 a.m. in Los Angeles' Sepulveda Pass, which carries Interstate 405 through the Santa Monica Mountains.

Firefighters realize they need to work quickly and efficiently. The winds are expected to pick up speed again on Tuesday night into Wednesday, which could also prompt the fourth PG&E proactive power outage. 

The evacuations were a result of the rapidly growing Kincade Fire, which started burning Wednesday in the heart of Wine Country situated in the tiny community of Geyserville, and which has spread to 30,000 acres by Sunday morning. Only 10 percent of the wildfire has been contained.
