A semi trailer rolled over on the northbound on-ramp on the Loop 303 at Waddell Road.

The Arizona Department of Transportation says the eastbound Loop 202 Red Mountain freeway has reopened at Country Club Drive following a law enforcement incident.

The driver of the wrong-way vehicle was not seriously injured, however, a female passenger died as a result of the crash.

ASU police identified the victim as Joseph Montgomery, a 13-year veteran of the department. He is survived by a wife and four children.
