Suspect in custody following pursuit through Tempe, Phoenix

A suspect is in custody after reports of a shooting in Mesa led to a pursuit through the Valley. Mesa Police say the incident started as a possible shooting near Main Street and Stapley Drive. Officers spotted a vehicle that may have been involved in the shooting and followed it through Tempe and Phoenix. Police used a grappler to stop the suspect who was taken into custody.
