The 72-foot-long vehicle was unveiled at Valley Metro?s rail maintenance center in Phoenix after a journey from Pennsylvania where it was manufactured. It has 40 seats and can comfortably carry up to 120 passengers and runs off a combination of overhead electrical wires and lithium-ion battery power.

During one of the robberies, Patterson allegedly gave the teller a note that read, "I owe $9,300 to a Mexican cartel. They want it tomorrow or my wife and son will die. This is not a game and I am desperate."

PD: Suspect sought who attacked, groped ASU student

"Once astride the victim, the male suspect groped both the victim's breasts over and under her clothing," police said in a statement. "The victim began to scream during the attack, which caught the attention of those in the area and scared the suspect away."
