Phoenix police say the crash happened at 11:50 p.m. on August 3 near 103rd Avenue and Buckeye Road. The victim, identified as Erin Covarrubias, was walking along the roadway when she was hit by an unknown vehicle.

A reward is being offered as authorities are looking into a string of utility cabinet vandalism and battery theft across the Valley.

Two men were seen stealing items from a commercial yard near 19th Avenue and McDowell Road on July 20.

According to Phoenix police, officers were flagged down by a man and woman in a vehicle near 91st Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road just after 3 a.m. on July 23. The 30-year-old man had a gunshot wound and was transported by firefighters to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Phoenix police say 50-year-old Lori Bourque was found dead on July 20 after officers and firefighters responded to reports of an injured person at an apartment located near 15th Avenue and Camelback Road.

According to police, four people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries in the early-morning hours of June 26. The victims have been identified as a 14-year-old teenage boy, a 20-year-old man, a 22-year-old man, and a 36-year-old woman.

A 29-year-old man was killed in a shooting on May 19th and the Phoenix Police Department is searching for those involved in the homicide.
