The Maricopa County Medical Examiner listed the cause of death and manner of death as undetermined after the body of a wheelchair-bound woman was found inside a hoarder house in Peoria that was infested with rats. The medical examiner said the body of 66-year-old Katherine Smith was badly decomposed and mummified.
