For some 'zombie subdivisions,' recent housing boom brings a 2nd chance at life

During Phoenix's last housing boom in the 2000s, many subdivisions were built. A housing crash and the subsequent Great Recession meant many of these subdivisions were abandoned. Now, some of them are being brought back to life.

New details surrounding deputy shooting at Queen Creek Walmart released

The incident happened at a Walmart near Ocotillo and Rittenhouse Roads in Queen Creek on May 13. On May 20, officials with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office released some of the body camera video that was taken during the incident.
